Hon. Otuwe Kalu Oji, born on March 24, 1976, is a prominent figure and a fine philanthropist by birth and inclination. 

He is married to Chinwendu Otuwe Kalu and the marriage is graciously blessed. He is the son of Chief Kalu Oji Igwe of Nde Agwunsi Compound, Okwoko Nkporo. Otuwe's educational journey began at Ndi-Agbo Community Primary School, Okwoko Nkporo, where he acquired his First School Leaving Certificate. Thereafter, he proceeded to Nkporo Comprehensive Secondary School, Nkporo, where he obtained the basic requirements to pursue, his choice of course in the university. After a stint in business, he pursued higher education at Delta State University, Abraka, where he earned a Bachelor of Science (Education) in Business Administration with good grades.

He is a successful businessman, serving as the Director of Chikson Integrated Services Limited and Chischikal Global Ventures. His political career includes roles as a former Councilor of Ndi-Agbo Ward, Nkporo, where he emerged the Deputy Majority Leader of Ohafia Local Government Legislative Council. He was the APC House of Assembly candidate for the Ohafia North State Constituency in 2023 general election. Otuwe is an active member of the All Progressives Congress (APC), the Royal Elite Brothers Social Club of Nkporo, and the Akajiaku Age Grade of Okwoko Nkporo.
