As part of his services to humanity and national development, he creates employment in his organizations and companies as the CEO, Principal and President of O. A. Clement and Co. (Upper Room Law Chamber), The People's Advocate Int'l Initiative, (An NGO for Human Rights Protection and Defense), the Proprietor and President, Pinnacle College of Corporate Leadership and MANAGEMENT STUDIES, Steady Help International Inc.,(An NGO that grants scholarships to orphans and the less privileged, empowers widows and widowers and the poor in our society). Dr. Clement is also a National and International Crusader and Conference Speaker and Leadership trainer and coach who travels to different parts of the globe ministering salvation, healing, deliverance, blessing lives, helping the less privileged, raising leaders and ministering hope, giving creative, transformational and innovative directions to Organizational, Ministerial, Political, Government, Company and Community leaders. Currently, he is the Rector of UMA UKPAI POLYTECHNIC, ASAGA, OHAFIA, and the Personal Assistant to Rev. Dr. Uma Ukpai on Academic Matters. He combines this bulky administrative work with lecturing most times in the same Institution. He is happily married to Dr. Mrs. Joy Clement, and the union is blessed with wonderful children.

As a lover of knowledge and education, Dr. Clement has currently engaged himself in more studies in various Universities, currently doing another Master's Degree programme in Law with Abia State University, Master's Degree programme in Journalism with University of Cross River State, Calabar and another Ph D  in Innovative Leadership with National Christian University, Lagos State. Also working on another Master's Degree programme with Imo State University. Dr. Clement A. Ogbonnaya, as a called and ordained minister and Apostle, has planted many churches in Nigeria and abroad, supported many ministries, mentors many church Leaders, Ministers of the Gospel, Managers and Chief Executive officers of various Organizations and Companies.

Beside every other thing he does, he loves singing. He has two Music Albums in the market to his credit.

Dr . Clement has also been a Television programme host and speaker: Hour of Hope, every Thursday, then on NTA, Channel 6, Aba.

Charity/Humanitarian Services:

Dr. O. A. Clement, Esq by the grace of God has given scholarships to over one thousand students, ranging from Universities, Polytechnics, School of Nursing, Bible Colleges, Leadership Schools, Secondary, Primary and Nursery Schools. He also provides food, medical treatments, clothes and shelter to many of these students/children. He often carries out free Medical outreaches in different Cities, Communities and Villages. Over five thousand patients have been given free medical attention and treatments including free medical glasses. His Hospital, Word of Faith Mission at a time was having free child delivery and free surgeries from the first day to the fifth day of every month.

His Free Education Scheme which has benefited and still blessing thousands of people especially indigent students includes free accomodation, free feeding, free clothing, free books and most times cash support. He has also given free legal aids, support and counselling to indigent members of the Society. Apostle Barr. Clement A. Ogbonnaya has freely gifted God and many ministers and other persons forty five (45) cars, landed properties, and assisted over thirty persons travel abroad in search of greener pasture and many others on periodic vacations and ministry purpose through his Outreach and Travel Agency.

Through his Mission Hospital, Word of Faith Mission Hospital, he has sponsored and carried out numerous free medical surgeries on many indigent members of the society (major and minor). Evidence abounds.

His Palliative and Empowerment programme for widows, widowers, old people, orphans and indigent people in our society can not be overemphasized as countless thousands of people have been blessed annually through his Steady Help outreaches in different places. He has in several occasions fed, assisted and paid House rents for indigent old people and given free accommodation to different homeless people and Ministers of God in his properties and apartments. He has also donated to some Ministers free Halls as Worship Centres for their Ministries(Rent free).

Dr. Clement A. Ogbonnaya is a seasoned and needed speaker in many Conferences, Crusades, Seminars, Revival meetings, locally and Internationally. He also organises Conferences, Crusades, Seminars, Revival meetings and host seasoned speakers to be a blessing to the attendees.

Dr. O. A. Clement has trained, commissioned and led thousands of Chaplain officers in Nigeria and beyond. He is presently a five star Chaplain

EMPLOYMENT/LEADERSHIP AND ADMINISTRATIVE TRAINING:

Dr. Clement A. Ogbonnaya has hired, employed and worked with more than two hundred Staff/workers both professional, corporate and casual workers who monthly receive their pay package from his various Organizations or the Organizations he represents or serves. He conducts free training for these staff and also find means of helping them build mental, intellectual and financial capacities.

Dr. O. A. Clement A. Ogbonnaya has trained and raised over five hundred Corporate leaders and administrative Managers in different parts of Nigeria and beyond, of which many of them are CEOs today. His College, Pinnacle College of Corporate Leadership and Management Studies has really been very useful in this regard.

Dr. O. A. Clement founded and championed Singles Gathering which transformed to Singles and Couples Gathering, Diplomats Fellowship for Corporate workers and leaders, Mentorship Class, Ministers Aflame, Word of Faith Auxiliary Nursing Training School, Word of Faith Business Centre and Computer Training Centre and Feed the people Crusade Outreach which he holds as a conference annually alongside BBC, Beyond Boundaries Conference.

Dr. Clement has also coached, trained and helped hundreds of people and writers become authors of books. He has edited and published over two hundred books of authors.

In the other aspect of the Ministry, Apostle Barr. Clement A. Ogbonnaya has raised, trained, and mentored hundreds of Christians, Organisational leaders and Ministers of the Gospel across nations through his Bible College, Kingdom Life Bible College and Seminary Int'l and TopHill University of Ministerial Arts and Management Studies.

Clement, Esq has got several AWARDS from many Organizations, Religious bodies and Schools, among which are Honourary Doctoral awards, Excellence in Leadership awards, Pragmatic and Innovative leadership awards, Philanthropic awards, Educational awards, and currently, Global Leadership award as a Pillar of Influence and Empowerment, and many others.

Above all, Dr. O. A. Clement is a Professor of Pragmatic Christian Leadership and Management, a Professorial award offered to him by a Theological Institute in Nigeria, an affiliate of a Theological Institute based in the United States of America in 2010. But he chooses to go simple without attaching that to his name unless in some rare occasions.

DIVINE PROJECTS:

Currently, Dr. Clement believes in divine leading and provisions. He has the following life impact and transforming Projects on his shoulders::

2. A big Farm known as: "The Garden of Eden" but without Adam and Eve and the serpent.

My confidence and strong belief:

Nothing is impossible with God. Try to be a Plus and not a minus to your generation. Don't let fear stop you from doing what God wants you to do. Whatever you want to do and achieve, give it attention and be intentional about it. Growth in life or in any organization is a function of quality planning, prevalent prayer, consistency, creativity, innovative ideas, focus, determination, and sacrifices.
